We treat a variety of conditions to help our clients feel their best, including general joint aches and pains, osteoarthritis, balance issues and falls. We also support recovery after surgeries, strokes, or prolonged hospital stays, focusing on building strength and confidence. For everyday aches and pains like back or joint discomfort, we provide tailored exercises and hands-on care to improve comfort and movement. Whatever the need, we’re here to help residents stay active and independent.
Physiotherapy can help improve your mobility, strength, and balance, reducing the risk of falls and helping you stay independent. It’s beneficial for recovery after surgery or a hospital stay, managing chronic conditions like Parkinson’s, and even for those who use wheelchairs. Our goal is to make daily activities easier and improve your overall quality of life.
Unlike standard NHS Physiotherapy, we are able to offer intensive physiotherapy support to help you reach your goals without a long waiting list.
No, you don’t need a referral from your doctor to see us. You can self-refer by booking through our website. We’ll ask you a few simple questions to get a sense of your needs, so we can prepare for your first visit. It’s a straightforward process designed to help us tailor our care to your specific situation.
Our initial appointment usually lasts around an hour, allowing us plenty of time to get to know you and start planning your care. Follow-up sessions are typically around 45 minutes, but we can adjust this based on your preferences, energy levels, and how much you want to do in each session.
After a detailed assessment, we’ll discuss your goals and treatment plan, including how often you’d like us to visit. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others might do well with less frequent visits. Depending on your goals, the nature of your condition, and how consistent you are with your exercises, we can tailor the frequency to provide the right level of support and encouragement.
Following your Initial assessment we will send you an invoice to either your email address or by post, whichever is more convenient to you.
If we continue to work together for subsequent sessions we will send one invoice at the end of the month for all of the sessions completed within the month. The total amount can be paid by bank transfer using bacs, paid with debit or credit card using a secure payment link on your invoice: or you can send us a cheque. We provide All the required payment details at the bottom of each invoice.
Alternatively, we are also able to send an invoice to your next-of-kin if required once we have gained their permission.
For your session, wear something comfortable and easy to move in, like loose-fitting clothing or workout gear. If we’re working on specific areas, we might ask you to wear or bring clothing that allows easy access, such as shorts for leg exercises. Comfortable, supportive footwear is also helpful for balance and mobility exercises. Just dress in whatever helps you feel relaxed and ready to move, it is your house after all!
We know that things will come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a call at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to arrange a new time. We appreciate a heads-up so we can plan accordingly.
Unfortunately cancellation within 24 hours prior to your appointment date will result in a 50% cancellation charge being applied.

Absolutely! We welcome family members and caregivers to be part of the session if that’s helpful. It can be a great way to learn exercises and techniques that support ongoing progress.

During the first session we dedicate time towards these goals and we give you your own folder which contains goals, exercises and any advice we discuss in the session.
