Hi, I’m Emily! I love helping people stay steady on their feet and confident in their own homes, whether that’s recovering after a long hospital stay or simply keeping up with day-to-day life. My approach is all about making physiotherapy feel enjoyable, engaging, and tailored to what you need—whether that’s improving mobility, preventing falls, or just making sure you can move with ease. I split my time between South Coast Community Physiotherapy and working in outpatients within the NHS, as you can see I like to keep myself busy!
I love getting to know my clients, and I bring plenty of energy to every session (along with a great cup of tea!). When I’m not out on the road visiting clients, you’ll probably find me in my competitive cheerleader mode. I’m also a bit of a fierce squash competitor, so I know a thing or two about movement, balance, and a healthy dose of determination!
I can’t say the real answer of Chinese takeaway, the same as Charlie… so probably Christmas dinner!
Anywhere I can go hiking, Kayaking, or exploring! I don’t like to be anywhere sat down for too long!
I would own a craft shop selling my sewing, knitting, pottery, painting, and cooking creations (Yes my house is full of half finished projects!).

I am very good at overspending at Hobbycraft!
